8 points the symptoms of diabetes

If you have two or more of these symptoms pre-diabetes, you should seriously consider getting yourself checked:
1) If you find you're too thirsty, not just after extreme exercise or hot weather.

2) You seem to have dry mouth all the time - even if you could just drink.

3) you need to urinate frequently.

4) have an unexpected weight loss or increased (although you can always hungry, and eat well. Course, may be eating the wrong things that would make it possible for your pre-diabetes symptom worse).

5) you feel lethargic. I always feel as if you have any energy, and I was weak and tired all the time.

6) In some cases, the vision is clear - be careful, this can cause problems in the eye without the treatment of diabetes on the road leading to blindness. They should have regular eye checks, especially older because your eyes can be an early warning sign of many diseases - not just diabetes.

7) you have cuts or sores or bruises (especially on your feet), which are slow to heal.

8) If you experience excessive pain or itching in genital area or yeast (which can be misdiagnosed as thrush) that can be a sign of too much sugar in the urine.
